They are made of stainless steel with a lump breaker and inspection door.
The machines are designed for mixing spice mixtures.

Last year we produced a 200 L Screw Mixer for one European manufacturer of food supplements, we who finally had to withdraw from the contract due to the company’s reorganization.
Initially, we wanted to keep the mixer for pilot tests, but in the end, we decided to sell it, as it is still new and unused.

New Conical Screw Mixer HV50 Pharma
We are pleased to introduce our latest product, which we have developed and manufactured in August 2023, a new pilot plant Conical Screw Mixer type HV50 for a pharmaceutical industry.
MATERIAL OF CONTRUCTION:
- Vessel, outlet, hopper, mixing screw, lid, and a drive support carrier – made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Gearbox and motor made of carbon steel and painted in RAL 9001
TECHNICAL DATA:
- Working volume: 50 liters
- Three supporting legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Filling opening with half hinged lid and sieve
- The inner surface of the vessel is ground with Ra 0,8, the outer surface is ballotin (glass bead blasted)
- ATEX motor 0,75 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz
- PHARMIX belt drive gearbox with the hollow drive shaft for a liquid injection
