Brand new 200 L Screw Mixer for immediate delivery!

Last year we produced a 200 L Screw Mixer for one European manufacturer of food supplements, we who finally had to withdraw from the contract due to the company’s reorganization.

Initially, we wanted to keep the mixer for pilot tests, but in the end, we decided to sell it, as it is still new and unused.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

Working volume 200 liters
All parts inside the vessel, vessel itself, mixing screw, arm, lid are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304)
The support is clad on the underside with stainless steel sheet 1.4301
Inner surface of container Ra 0.8, micro-blasted on the outside (pharma/food version)
Surface of mixing screw Ra 0.8 (pharma/food version)
PHARMIX gearbox with belt drive
SIEMENS motor 2.2 kW, 400V, 50 Hz
Mixing time 150 min
Filling opening 600 x 304 mm with lid:
- Construction material 1.4301, grid with mesh 40 x 40 mm
- Flat hopper
- Aspiration connection flange DN100 with filter bag
Manually rotatable butterfly outlet
3 legs made of mild steel, painted to RAL 9001

Commissioning of the Tube Filling Machine UP 30P

Commissioning of the Tube Filling and Sealing Machine type UP 30P for plastic tubes went well.

This originally semi-automatic machine has been in this case fully automated, processing 750 tubes per hour.

New Conical Screw Mixer HV50 Pharma

We are pleased to introduce our latest product, which we have developed and manufactured in August 2023, a new pilot plant Conical Screw Mixer type HV50 for a pharmaceutical industry.

MATERIAL OF CONTRUCTION:

Vessel, outlet, hopper, mixing screw, lid, and a drive support carrier – made of AISI 304 stainless steel
Gearbox and motor made of carbon steel and painted in RAL 9001

TECHNICAL DATA:

Working volume: 50 liters
Three supporting legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel
Filling opening with half hinged lid and sieve
The inner surface of the vessel is ground with Ra 0,8, the outer surface is ballotin (glass bead blasted)
ATEX motor 0,75 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz
PHARMIX belt drive gearbox with the hollow drive shaft for a liquid injection
Anti-static belts for a safe operation
Fluid inlet with ½” ball valve, fluid outlet with full cone spray nozzle
Spraying nozzle selection with the lowest possible flow rate
Outlet with knife gate valve DN 150 and lever for a manual operation
Discharge spout DN 150 with big bag clamping adjustment
Manual sampling valve located in the bottom of the container, Triclamp acc. to DIN32676 DN25

Filter plate hydraulic lowering of the Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer DN1100 at the handover of the new machine to the customer.

This Filter Dryer has a diameter of the filtering plate 1100 mm and a total volume of 900 liters (cake volume 300 liters). Material of construction stainless steel AISI 316 L, ATEX execution.

This week, the FAT acceptance of this gypsum centrifuge type SCVB 1800/1250 GS was carried out for the representative of the Slovenian Titanium Dioxide producer Cinkarna Celje.

The centrifuge is used for dewatering of industrial gypsum resulting from the neutralization of waste sulphuric acid used in the production of titanium dioxide.

The vertical peeler centrifuge type SCVB 1800/1250 is the largest centrifuge in the world ever designed and manufactured for automatic dewatering of industrial gypsum.
