Plastic storage tanks for the lithium-ion battery recycling
Today we accepted plastic storage tanks on behalf of a major German engineering firm. Various tanks with capacities ranging from 3 to 21 m³ are ready for transport. These tanks will be part of a recycling facility for lithium-ion batteries.
We manufacture various plastic containers and apparatus, which are produced in accordance with all European machinery directives and standards, as well as the TÜV certificate DIN EN ISO 3824-2:
- Storage tanks made of thermoplastic material, made of homogeneous, spirally wound pipes with large diameters from DN 850 mm to DN 4,500 mm
- Technological tanks and vessels such as reactors, dilution and dissolution tanks, pickling tanks and other containers for surface treatment
- Absorption columns of any size
- Droplet separators

Today, after some time, we visited with our loyal German customer t
he traditional manufacturer of „Jelen“ curd soaps and Eco-friendly laundry detergents again.
Since our last visit, a cartoning machine and a robotic palletizer have been added. This has fully automated the production process, which now includes:
- Labeling machine SYSTEM 5
- Linear Filling Machine APOLLO FM
- Linear Capping Machine CAPLINE CN
- Cartoning machine for assembling the box, inserting the plastic bottles, and sealing the box top flaps, including applying a label to the side of the carton.
- Robotic palletizer for stacking boxes on a pallet in three rows, one above the other with cardboard dividers
FAT Acceptance of a New Filling and Capping Machines
Today, the final acceptance testing of new machines for a German customer took place. The customer is a major German contract bottling company specializing in detergents, cleaning agents, care products, disinfectants, personal care products, and air fresheners.

Smallest gypsum peeling centrifuge in the world
Few months ago we have referred about the smallest automatic gypsum peeling centrifuge in the world, which we have designed. Today we can present this machine in real, during FAT with the client – a municipal waste incineration plant located in Germany. The centrifuge has a basket diameter of 630 mm and a basket height of 400 mm. A special alloyed stainless steel is currently used as the construction material; however, in this case, the customer requested a rubber-coated version.
Generally, the centrifuge serves to remove easily soluble salts by washing and FGD gypsum dewatering to a moisture content of less than 10%.
