The COMPACT filling and capping machine for small ampoules is the ideal solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers with limited production space.

The machine is delivered in an SA version, which is a semi-automated filling system and semi-automatic capping, and in a fully automatic AT version.

The system can be retrofitted with an automatic bottle feeder in the carousel. The machine is mainly equipped with peristaltic pumps and can process screw caps, crimp caps, rubber lids and pipettes by using different cap systems / cap heads with servo motors. The machine is equipped with a control system where different recipes can be entered. A Siemens Simatic control system including touch screen is included in the equipment.

The output is approx. 1200 bottles per hour.
