  • We have just delivered several process equipment to the company REMENT GmbH for recycling concrete waste and CO₂.

    One of these systems is the vacuum drying system, which consists of the dryer Lab Conical Ribbon Mixer Dryer itself and the following components:

  • Drive – Heidolph Hei-TORQUE Expert
  • Vacuum system – oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump, type BECKER O 6.4
    • Airflow: 4 m³/h
    • Absolute vacuum: 2 mbar
    • Cycle time: 8.5 min operation + 1.5 min pause
  • Condenser with 0.15 m² volume, material 1.4404 with piping:
    • Dryer → Condenser
    • Condenser → Vacuum pump

The customer, PLAST-PT GmbH / CLEANOL, fills paints for plastic and leather in smaller batches.
