Our company offers maintenance and modernization services of all filtering centrifuge types all well-known manufacturers such as Ferrum, Andritz (Krauss Maffei), Heinkel, Rousselet Robatel and others.
Based on the requirements of the machine operator, we are able to perform tasks ranging from simple performance of periodic maintenance work to upgrading of the machine, including changes in technological and other parameters. We perform these activities on both machine and electric parts. As part of these activities, we can also complete the customer’s documentation with the necessary regulations, instructions, certificates, IQ/OQ, etc.

Multifunctional Unit SpAF 400 L for Sweden
Today, a unique system leaves the factory gate (like most of our tailor-made technologies, by the way).
This is a multipurpose device that serves as both a filter dryer and a crystallizer in the previous process step. An interesting feature is the hydraulically lowered lower part of the filter using a manually operated hydraulic pump with lever.

The largest and smallest gypsum centrifuge in the world
It has been almost a year since we reported on the delivery of the world’s largest gypsum centrifuge (1800 mm basket diameter) to the Slovenian Titanium Dioxide producer Cinkarna Celje. It was by no means the first centrifuge of this size produced.
However, we are pleased to inform you that, to our knowledge, the smallest automatic gypsum peeling centrifuge in the world has also been built. The customer is a municipal waste incineration plant in Germany. The centrifuge has a basket diameter of 630 mm and a basket height of 400 mm.
Generally, the centrifuge serves to remove easily soluble salts by washing and FGD gypsum dewatering to a moisture content of less than 10%.

Gypsum centrifuge for Cinkarna Celje
This week, the FAT acceptance of this gypsum centrifuge type SCVB 1800/1250 GS was carried out for the representative of the Slovenian Titanium Dioxide producer Cinkarna Celje.
The centrifuge is used for dewatering of industrial gypsum resulting from the neutralization of waste sulphuric acid used in the production of titanium dioxide.
The vertical peeler centrifuge type SCVB 1800/1250 is the largest centrifuge in the world ever designed and manufactured for automatic dewatering of industrial gypsum.
