At the end of 2024, UNIKO, a member of the ALBERTINA Machinery s.r.o. group, delivered the Tube Filling and Sealing Machine type UP 175 to their loyal customer Pharma C-Food Sp. z o.o. from Poland.

We have recently delivered another Screw Mixer type HV 1000 for the German company M & K Gewürze GmbH.

All parts inside the vessel / vessel, mixing screw, arm, lid are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304)
The support beam is clad with 1.4301 stainless steel sheet on the underside
Inner surface Ra1.6 micro-blasted on the outside
PHARMIX gearbox with belt drive and liquid feed device
SIEMENS motor 4 kW, 400V, 50 Hz
Mixing time 150 min
Filling opening 600 x 325 with lid on gas pressure spring

Brand new 200 L Screw Mixer for immediate delivery!

Last year we produced a 200 L Screw Mixer for one European manufacturer of food supplements, we who finally had to withdraw from the contract due to the company’s reorganization.

Initially, we wanted to keep the mixer for pilot tests, but in the end, we decided to sell it, as it is still new and unused.

Working volume 200 liters
All parts inside the vessel, vessel itself, mixing screw, arm, lid are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304)
The support is clad on the underside with stainless steel sheet 1.4301
Inner surface of container Ra 0.8, micro-blasted on the outside (pharma/food version)
Surface of mixing screw Ra 0.8 (pharma/food version)

Commissioning of the Tube Filling Machine UP 175P

Commissioning of the Tube Filling and Sealing Machine type UP 30P for plastic tubes went well.

Upgrade of the semi-automatic tube filler UP30 to a fully automatic version UP175P. As with the UP30, the UP175 is based on a very proven robust construction based on cams and mechanical end stops. It is basically an indestructible machine!
