Due to the increasing demands for reliability, safety and quality of the produced output, complex control systems are built into the filling lines. The individual functions of the line are checked, such as the accuracy of dosing using checkweighers, the presence of caps on packaging and the quality of the packaging closure, as well as the presence and correct application of labels.

In addition, the presence of metal particles inside the packaging is checked using metal detectors. Defective products or products containing foreign particles are then discarded. The system indicates, why that product has been removed.
