Introduction of the new vertical Conical Screw Mixer type HV 3000 in explosion proof (ATEX) design. The mixer meets the highest standards of safety and performance, as confirmed by its use in challenging environments such as chemical production at our client in Switzerland.
TECHNICAL DATA:
- maximum overpressure in the mixing vessel 0.05 bar.
- vessel, mixing screw, lid, carrier, orbiting arm made of stainless steel AISI 304 (4301)
- ground inner surface of the vessel and the mixing screw (Ra 0.8)
- coating of the gearbox including the underside of the connection flange
- various flange necks on the cover with different functions and inlets
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
- Level sensor and temperature sensor
- Outlet with control valve (material 1.4301)
