We have just delivered several process equipment to the company REMENT GmbH for recycling concrete waste and CO₂.
One of these systems is the vacuum drying system, which consists of the dryer Lab Conical Ribbon Mixer Dryer itself and the following components:
- Drive – Heidolph Hei-TORQUE Expert
- Vacuum system – oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump, type BECKER O 6.4
- Airflow: 4 m³/h
- Absolute vacuum: 2 mbar
- Cycle time: 8.5 min operation + 1.5 min pause
- Condenser with 0.15 m² volume, material 1.4404 with piping:
- Dryer → Condenser
- Condenser → Vacuum pump
