Tube Filling and Sealing Machine Tubeline
Fully automatic Tube filler for filling and sealing plastic, laminate and metal tubes
The machine for filling and sealing plastic and metal tubes is mainly intended for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products such as creams and ointments, toothpaste as well as food products (ketchup, sauces, mayonnaises and cheese).
The machine can be retrofitted with a sealing unit for plastic tubes (heating the tube with hot air), a system for sealing metal tubes (double or triple fold) or their combination.
The machine is equipped as standard with a unit for punching the date, a reservoir for the product to be filled with level control, an automatic tube feeder to the carousel and a device for erecting the tubes.
