Tilting Nutsche Filter DN600
We are very pleased to introduce the newly delivered nutsche filter with tipping. Previous units of this type have been delivered to several European plants of the pharmaceutical company TEVA.
- Design pressure -1 / + 6 barg
- Design temperature 200°C
- Heating jacket -1 / + 6 barg, 200°C
- Total volume 215 L, volume above the filter plate 190 L
- Vessel diameter 600 mm, filter area 0,2 m²
- Removable perforated sieve with the possibility of attaching a filter fabric, clamping hoop tightened with wedges
- Wetted material stainless steel AISI 316L, grinded Ra<0,8
- Lid lifted pneumatically on a stainless steel cable via rollers
- Automatic mechanical locking of the upper position of the lid
- Tilting container (360°) using a handwheel and worm gear

Multifunctional Unit SpAF 400 L for Sweden
Today, a unique system leaves the factory gate (like most of our tailor-made technologies, by the way).
This is a multipurpose device that serves as both a filter dryer and a crystallizer in the previous process step. An interesting feature is the hydraulically lowered lower part of the filter using a manually operated hydraulic pump with lever.

Experimental reactor made of polypropylene
We designed, manufactured and delivered a tailor-made 200 L pilot reactor for a well-known German engineering company. Reactor, made of polypropylene homopolymer PP-H is intended for the recycling of black mass from lithium-ion batteries.
We manufacture various plastic containers and apparatus, which are produced in accordance with all European machinery directives and standards, as well as the TÜV certificate DIN EN ISO 3824-2:
- Storage tanks made of thermoplastic material, made of homogeneous, spirally wound pipes with large diameters from DN 850 mm to DN 4,500 mm
- Technological tanks and vessels such as reactors, dilution and dissolution tanks, pickling tanks and other containers for surface treatment

Nutsche Filter for the USA
We have just exported a static nutsche filter DN400 to the USA. It’s our design of the type we called with “Hand crank and swing-out lid“.
I believe we managed to do this before the customs surcharge was applied to goods from Europe.
