Today, after some time, we visited with our loyal German customer the traditional manufacturer of „Jelen“ curd soaps and Eco-friendly laundry detergents again.

Since our last visit, a cartoning machine and a robotic palletizer have been added. This has fully automated the production process, which now includes:

  • Labeling machine SYSTEM 5
  • Linear Filling Machine APOLLO FM
  • Linear Capping Machine CAPLINE CN
  • Cartoning machine for assembling the box, inserting the plastic bottles, and sealing the box top flaps, including applying a label to the side of the carton.
  • Robotic palletizer for stacking boxes on a pallet in three rows, one above the other with cardboard dividers
